摘 要:随着城市化进程的快速推进,高层建筑日益增多,剪力墙结构因其良好的抗震性能和承载能力,成为高层建筑的主要结构形式。然而,在实际应用中,由于设计缺陷、施工质量问题或使用过程中的各种因素,剪力墙构件会出现混凝土强度不足、钢筋锈蚀、裂缝等性能下降或损伤问题,这对建筑的安全性和稳定性构成了威胁。本文以云麓项目为例,深入探讨了房屋剪力墙构件加固技术的重要性,并详细阐述了该项目中针对混凝土强度不足、钢筋锈蚀以及裂缝等问题的具体加固技术处理措施,旨在为类似项目的加固处理提供借鉴和参考。通过加固处理,云麓项目的剪力墙构件性能得到了显著提升,确保了建筑的整体安全性和稳定性。With the rapid advancement of urbanization,the number of high-rise buildings is increasing,and shear wall structures have become the main structural form of high-rise buildings due to their excellent seismic performance and bearing capacity.However,in practical applications,due to design defects,construction quality issues,or various factors during use,shear wall components may experience performance degradation or damage such as insufficient concrete strength,steel corrosion,cracks,etc.,which pose a threat to the safety and stability of buildings.This article takes the Yunlu project as an example to deeply explore the importance of reinforcement technology for building shear wall components,and elaborates on specific reinforcement measures for problems such as insufficient concrete strength,steel corrosion,and cracks in the project.The aim is to provide reference and guidance for reinforcement treatment in similar projects.Through reinforcement treatment,the performance of the shear wall components in the Yunlu project has been significantly improved,ensuring the overall safety and stability of the building.
