摘　　要：目的:研究肺炎患儿住院费用构成现状及影响因素,探讨儿童肺炎临床路径管理改进方向与措施。方法:以某三级甲等医院2023年1月-2023年12月26078例肺炎出院患儿作为研究对象,描述住院费用中位数和次均费用,采用t检验、方差分析和多元逐步回归模型分析肺炎患儿住院费用的影响因素。结果:2023年肺炎患儿住院总费用中位数为9700.49元,次均费用为9709.35元,检查检验等费用在住院总费用中占比较大。多元逐步回归分析结果显示住院天数、是否有操作治疗等因素是影响住院费用的重要因素。结论:需重点关注儿童肺炎住院费用中占比高、影响大的环节,推动医院临床路径管理的持续改进。Objective:Study the current situation and influencing factors of hospitalization expenses for children with pneumonia,and explore the direction and measures for improving clinical pathway management of children with pneumonia.Methods:Using 26,078 discharged children with pneumonia from a certain grade A tertiary hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 as the research subjects,describe the median and average hospitalization costs,and use t-test,analysis of variance and multiple stepwise regression models to analyze the influencing factors of hospitalization costs for children with pneumonia.Results:The median total hospitalization cost for children with pneumonia in 2023 is 9,700.49 yuan,with an average cost of 9,709.35 yuan per visit.Examination and testing expenses account for a large proportion of the total hospitalization cost.The results of multiple stepwise regression analysis show that factors such as length of hospital stay and the presence of surgical treatment are important factors affecting hospitalization costs.Conclusion:Focus on the high proportion and significant impact on children's pneumonia hospitalization costs of hospitalization expenses,and promote continuous improvement of clinical pathway management in hospitals.
