摘  要:为了研究透光围护结构光热协同效益,将传统标准热箱实验与现场测试相结合,设计了一种适用于透光围护结构光热性能测试的热箱实验系统,对相变玻璃光热自适应特性进行测试。结果表明,分别耦合28℃和20℃相变材料的相变玻璃日太阳辐射得热仅为普通中空玻璃的57.5%和86.1%,内表面峰值温度降低12.1、6.8℃;耦合28℃相变材料的相变玻璃“削峰”和“移峰”作用更强,温度延迟时间和衰减因子分别为55 min和0.664。与传统实验手段相比,所设计的热箱实验系统能够较全面地分析相变玻璃的动态光热特性。To study the synergistic photothermal benefits of transparent envelopes,a combination of traditional standard hot box experiments and field tests was employed.A hot box experimental system suitable for testing the photothermal performance of transparent envelopes was designed to test the photothermal adaptive characteristics of phase change glass.Testing results show that the daily solar radiation heat gains of phase change glass coupled with phase change materials at 28℃ and 20℃ are only 57.5%and 86.1% of that of ordinary double-glazed glass,respectively,and the peak surface temperatures reduce by 12.1℃ and 6.8℃,respectively.The phase change glass coupled with the 28℃ phase change material has stronger“peak shaving”and“peak shifting”effects,with a temperature time lag of 55 min and a decrement factor of 0.664.Compared with traditional experimental methods,the designed hot box experimental system can more comprehensively reflect the dynamic photothermal characteristics of phase change glass.
