摘　　要：为提升实验室建设效能,研究了2006~2020年上海交通大学实验室建设措施与成效。上海交通大学以建成世界一流大学为目标,抓住发展机遇,实现更高质量的实验室发展,主要体现在:学校改进实验室考评体系和实验技术人员评价机制,加强实验室的建设和管理,通过一系列工作举措强化实验室职责与功能,包括推动制度建设和规范化管理,提升管理与资政水平;进行分类改革、业务培训、评优创新,推进实验技术队伍建设;提升教学科研仪器设备条件,推进大型仪器设备开放共享;开展安全监管和教育,规范危险化学品与特种设备安全管理等。经过“十一五”“十二五”和“十三五”的建设,包括国家级实验室和实验教学示范中心在内的各级各类实验室实现跨越式发展,为学校“双一流”建设提供重要支撑。To improve the efficiency of laboratory construction,this paper studies the measures and effectiveness of laboratory construction in Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 2006 to 2020.Shanghai Jiao Tong University aims to build a world-class university,seizes every opportunity to strengthen the construction and management of laboratories.It improved the assessment system of laboratories and laboratory technicians,and reinforced the responsibilities and functions of laboratories through a series of measures,including institutional construction and standardized management,laboratory technicians’construction,upgrading of teaching and research instruments,opening and sharing of large-scale instruments,safety supervision and education,safety management of hazardous chemicals and special equipment,etc.After the development in 11^(th) Five-Year Plan,12^(th) Five-Year Plan and 13th Five-Year Plan,all kinds of laboratories at all levels,including national laboratories and demonstration centers for experimental teaching,have achieved leapfrog development,providing an important support for SJTU’s“Double First Class”construction.
