福州港某全电动码头设计关键技术简析

摘  要:福州港江阴港区8号、9号泊位工程是福州港首个零排放全电动码头,项目以建设绿色低碳港口为设计理念,设计围绕码头功能近远期规划、工艺设备的全电动技术、陆域形成的弃土和建筑垃圾的再利用技术、水电管网的共沟技术等的一系列关键技术进行研究和应用,提升了码头的竞争力,取得了良好的环保、经济与社会效益,实现了项目从设计、建设、运营、养护全生命周期绿色低碳。项目的关键技术具有适用性与先进性,可为同类型水运工程的设计工作提供参考借鉴。Berths 8&9 at Jiangyin harbor of Fuzhou port are the first two zero-emission and fully electric wharves in Fuzhou port.Based on the design concept of green and low-carbon port,a series of key technologies were studied and applied,including short&long term planning of wharf’s functions,fully electric techniques of technological equipment,the reuse techniques for the construction waste and spoil soil coming from land formation,and the techniques of sharing a trench by water and power pipelines.The above results enhanced the competitiveness of the terminal,achieved environmental,economic,and social benefits,and realized green and low-carbon target across an entire lifecycle of design,construction,operation and maintenance.The key advanced technologies could be applied in the design of similar waterway projects.
