摘 要:海关电子闸口在很多外贸型的内河码头都建有多年,但实际情况是很多内河码头依然是人工办单调度引导闸口车辆,而内河码头建设智能闸口调度方案面临的问题可能比沿海大码头来得更多,高额的建设费用投入带来的效益提升不够明显。本文针对内河集装箱码头有别于沿海大码头的业务流程痛点,分析内河集装箱码头提收箱业务流程中推进智能闸口调度方案要解决的主要问题并提出相应的解决方案,通过方案实施的流程优化效益分析得到相关的效益价值。Customs electronic gateways have been established in many foreign trade-oriented inland river terminals for many years,but in reality,many inland river terminals still rely on manual order scheduling and vehicle guidance at the gate,and the problems faced in the construction of intelligent gate scheduling solutions for inland river terminals may be more significant than those at coastal large terminals,with the benefits of high construction costs not being as apparent.This article addresses the unique business process pain points of inland container terminals compared to large coastal terminals,analyzes the main issues to be addressed in advancing intelligent gate scheduling solutions in the process of container terminal cargo handling,and proposes corresponding solutions.The analysis of the benefits of process optimization through the implementation of these solutions helps understand the relevant value of these benefits.
