摘  要:某接收站项目码头工程直立岸壁及工作船码头工程开展重力式预制方块无轨平板车出运工艺的研究,针对出运预制方块在出运过程中存在的稳定性问题,对其进行了受力分析与计算,从而确保方块在吊运过程中的稳定性,确保出运任务的安全性;通过自行设计无轨平板车完成预制方块从出运码头至运输驳船的搬运作业,省去了起重吊装的过程,既保障了工程质量,提高了作业工效,缩短了施工工期,降低施工安全风险,经济和社会效益显著,推广应用前景广阔,可以为类似工程提供借鉴和参考。Based on the vertical quay wall and service boat wharf of a LNG receiving terminal,the transportation technology of trackless flat truck for gravity prefabricated blocks was studied,including the stress analysis and calculation in view of the stability issue existing in the transportation process of the prefabricated blocks,which ensured the stability of the blocks in the hoisting and transportation process as well as a safe operation.Self-developed trackless flat car was used to handle the prefabricated blocks from a shipping dock to a barge,which reduced the process of lifting blocks,ensured the construction quality,improved the working efficiency,shortened the construction period,decreased the construction risks,achieved significant social and economic benefits.Thus the above process is worthy of promotion and application,and serves as a reference for similar projects.
