摘 要:传统深化设计工作虽然能弥补设计图纸缺陷,但是依然会产生设计与施工不符的情况,难以达到预期的建设效果,论文从总平面、主体结构、机电工程、模架工程、幕墙工程等方面的深化设计出发,分析了BIM技术在超高层住宅深化设计中的应用,能够提高施工场地管理效率,减少结构配筋和节点碰撞问题,解决机电工程深化设计难点。Although the traditional deepening design work can make up for the defects of the design drawings, it will still produce the situation that the design is inconsistent with the construction, and it is difficult to achieve the expected construction effect. This paper analyzes the application of BIM technology in the deepening design of super high-rise residential buildings from the aspects of the deepening design of the general plane, the main structure, mechanical and electrical engineering, the formwork and the curtain wall, etc.,which can improve the management efficiency of the construction site, reduce the problem of structural reinforcement and node collision,and solve the difficulties in the deepening design of mechanical and electrical engineering.
