摘 要:为探究基于旋挖钻机的桥梁灌注桩施工关键技术,以某双向六车道市政道路桥梁为工程背景,该市政桥梁采用预制小箱梁桥跨越高速公路,预制小箱梁桥下部桩基为灌注桩。为提高旋挖钻机钻孔灌注桩施工质量,对总体施工方案、旋挖钻施工技术、成孔质量和清孔后灌注混凝土时泥浆性能等进行详细研究。In order to explore the key technology of bridge cast-in-place pile construction based on rotary drilling rig, a two-way six-lane municipal road bridge is taken as the engineering background. The municipal bridge adopts a prefabricated small box girder to cross the expressway, and the pile foundation under the prefabricated small box girder bridge is the cast-in-place pile. In order to improve the construction quality of bored pile with rotary drilling machine, it is necessary to study in detail the overall construction scheme, the construction technology of rotary drilling, the quality of hole formation and the performance of mud when pouring concrete after hole clearing.
