摘 要:在屋面悬挑梁板模板施工过程中,由于支撑面的缺乏,安全风险显著增大。论文通过深入的理论分析和实际案例考察,从安全、质量、经济的角度出发,为屋面悬挑构件提出了多个解决方案,从方案设计、荷载确定、详细构造、施工工艺、安全措施等方面详细介绍了高空型钢悬挑支撑方案的实施过程。结果表明,通过合理设计支模架体、均匀分布荷载、精准控制施工参数等措施,不仅能显著降低高空支模的安全风险,还能保证工程质量和降低工程造价。In the process of construction, the safety risk increases significantly due to the lack of supporting surface. Through in-depth theoretical analysis and practical case study, this paper puts forward a number of solutions for the roof cantilever members from the perspectives of safety, quality and economy, and introduces the implementation process of the high-altitude steel cantilever support program in detail from the aspects of program design, load determination, detailed structure, construction technology and safety measures. The results show that through reasonable design of the support frame, uniform distribution of load, accurate control of construction parameters and other measures, not only can significantly reduce the safety risk of the high-altitude support mold, but also ensure the quality of the project and reduce the project cost.
