基于分层浇筑碾压的土坝施工技术研究

摘  要:为研究分层浇筑碾压混凝土坝施工质量,通过试验方式测试了分层浇筑碾压混凝土坝在大风环境和高温低湿环境的层间结合状态,并提出了3种施工控制措施。从结果看:不良环境下,分层浇筑碾压混凝土大坝不利于施工质量控制;高温低湿环境下,在碾压混凝土坝上覆盖保温被无法确保其层间结合质量,而增设界面凹槽的方式使其层间结合强度得到小幅度上升;大风环境下,在碾压混凝土坝上覆盖保温被和增设界面凹槽可有效确保其层间结合质量。In order to study the construction quality of the layered RCC dam, the interlayer bonding state of the layered RCC dam under high wind environment and high temperature and low humidity environment is tested by experiment, and three construction control measures are put forward. The results show that the construction quality control of RCC dam in different layers is not conducive to bad environment;under high temperature and low humidity environment, covering the RCC dam with thermal insulation can not ensure the quality of the interlayer bond, but the interlayer bond strength can be increased slightly by adding interfacial grooves;under strong wind environment, covering the RCC dam with thermal insulation quilt and adding interfacial grooves can effectively ensure its interlayer bonding quality.
