摘 要:围绕紫金龙净克州乌恰县100万kW光伏项目中的架空输电线路导线架设过程,分析了其安全控制的关键点。项目建设过程中,面临点多面广、地形复杂、交叉跨越多等的多重挑战,使得导线架设过程中存在各种风险,比如基础施工阶段的塌方、高处坠落、触电以及组塔阶段的机械伤害、物体打击等。为应对这些风险,提出了设立安全警示标志和防护围栏、提供符合安全标准的防护用品、严格按照操作规程进行导线架设等安全控制措施,旨在确保导线架设过程的安全、高效进行。The key points of safety control are analyzed based on the erection process of overhead transmission line wires in Wucia County, Zijin Longjingke Prefecture. In the process of project construction, it is faced with multiple challenges such as multiple points and wide areas, complex terrain, and multiple crossing, so that there are various risks in the process of wire erection, such as collapse, height fall, electric shock, and mechanical damage and object attack in the stage of tower formation. In order to cope with these risks, safety control measures such as setting up safety warning signs and protective fences, providing protective equipment in line with safety standards, and conducting wire erection in strict accordance with operating procedures are proposed to ensure the safe and efficient process of wire erection.
