摘  要:随着国家建设新型能源体系和新型电力系统的要求和提速,低压配网作为最大规模的电网系统,对于低压配电网的改造升级尤为重要。它不仅是最后直面用电客户终端的一环,也是新型电力系统的重要支撑。利用数字化平台、大数据模型技术对低压配网进行合理建模和分区,利用数字化算法控制、物联网远程自动化开关、远程通信技术等实现对低压配网互联互通运行提高供电可靠性的研究和探索将是满足和适应新型电力系统运行最重要的技术方向和措施,必然深刻影响配网今后的规划、运行、升级与维护等方式的巨大变革和调整。With the requirements and acceleration of the construction of a new energy system and a new power system in the country,the low-voltage distribution network,as the largest power grid system,is particularly important for the transformation and upgrading of the low-voltage distribution network.It is not only a part of the final end point of facing power customers,but also an important support for the new power system.The use of digital platforms and big data model technologies to rationally model and partition low-voltage distribution networks,and the use of digital algorithm control,Internet of Things remote automation switches,and remote communication technologies to realize the research and exploration of the interconnection and interoperability of low-voltage distribution networks to improve power supply reliability will be the most important technical directions and measures to meet and adapt to the operation of new power systems,which will inevitably profoundly affect the future planning,operation,upgrade and maintenance of distribution networks.
