唯物史观视域中的新质生产力及其理论贡献

摘　　要：根据发展动力差异,马克思将生产力划分为三种形态,分别是传统生产力、16世纪以来的“新兴生产力”和以一般智力为主导的生产力,这为深刻把握新质生产力的出场逻辑提供了重要启示。与之前的生产力形态相比,新质生产力更加强调创新驱动的主导作用,更加强调劳动者、劳动资料、劳动对象及其优化组合的质变和跃升,更加强调全要素生产率的提升。新质生产力是以新产业集群为载体的现实生产力,是符合新发展理念的绿色生产力和先进生产力。新质生产力理论进一步丰富发展了生产力范畴的科学内涵,进一步深化了对社会生产力发展规律和动力机制的根本认识,将过去关于自然生态与生产力发展间关系的规律性认识提升到一个全新高度,是马克思主义生产力理论中国化时代化的最新成果。要全面把握新质生产力与新型生产关系的辩证关系,不能简单套用唯物史观的一般原理,必须深入到新质生产力生成的具体条件和本质规定,深入剖析与新质生产力相适应的新型生产关系的具体内涵和历史规定性,这既是从一般抽象上升到具体规定的过程,也是普遍原理的具体化过程。就此而言,与其说唯物史观的生命力在于其抽象的普遍性,倒不如说在于其方法论的具体运用。According to the difference of developmental forces,Marx divided the productive forces into three forms:the traditional productive forces,the‘new productive forces’since the 16th century,and the productive forces dominated by general intellect,which provides us important insights to grasp the emergency logic of new quality productive forces.Compared with the previous productive forces,the new quality productive forces put more emphasis on the dominant role of innovation drive,the qualitative change and leap of labor,labor materials,labor objects and their optimal combinations,and the improvement of total factor productivity.New quality productive forces is the real productive forces carried by new industrial clusters,green productive forces and advanced productive forces in line with the new development concept.The theory of new quality productive forces further enriches and develops the scientific connotation of the category of productive forces,further deepens the fundamental understanding of the law of the development of social productive forces and the power mechanism,and raises the regular understanding of the relationship between natural ecology and the development of productive forces to a completely new height,which is the latest achievement of adapting the Marxism theory of productive forces to the Chinese context and the needs of the times.In order to fully grasp the dialectical relationship between the new quality productive forces and the new type of relations of production,we cannot simply apply the general principles of historical materialism,but must go deeper into the specific conditions and essential stipulation of the generation of the new quality productive forces,and deeply analyze the specific connotations and historical stipulation of the new type of relations of production,compatible with the new quality productive forces.This is the process of ascending from the general abstraction to the specific stipulations,and the process of the concretization of the universal principles.In this re
