摘 要:机械密封是由至少一对垂直于旋转轴线的端面在流体压力和补偿机构弹力(或磁力)的作用以及辅助密封的配合下保持贴合并相对滑动而构成的防止流体泄漏的装置。机械密封因为具有良好的密封性能以及轴承磨损量小等优点,广泛用于冶金及石油化工泵设备上。对机械密封的故障进行失效分析,能够全面准确地找出在工作运行前后密封的主要故障模式和造成的性能影响,研究故障出现的原因和机理,同时结合目前工作中所采取的控制手段,分析总结控制故障发生原因和减少发生频率的有效措施,最终能够达到延长机械密封使用寿命的目的。Mechanical seal is composed of at least one pair of end faces perpendicular to the rotation axis,which keep contacting closely with each other and slide relatively under the action of fluid pressure,elastic force(or magnetic force)of compensation mechanism and the cooperation of auxiliary seal to prevent fluid leakage.Mechanical seals are widely used in metallurgical and petrochemical pumps because of their good sealing performance and low bearing wear.The failure analysis of mechanical seals can comprehensively and accurately find out the main failure modes and performance effects of seals before and after operation,study the causes and mechanisms of failures,and analyze and summarize effective measures to control the occurrence of failures or reduce the frequency of failures in combination with the control methods currently adopted in work,so as to eventually prolong the service life of mechanical seals.
