摘  要:合成聚α-烯烃(PAO)基础油是1种全合成润滑油基础油,性能优异用途广泛,单独归为APIⅣ类基础油。低黏度PAO基础油约占PAO市场份额的80%。生产低黏度PAO基础油主要用BF_(3)催化剂和给质子体(HA)助催化剂,引发反应的是BF_(3)和HA生成的络合物BF_(3)·HA。文中介绍了该络合反应及α-烯烃齐聚反应机理,据此开发了一种BF_(3)·HA络合物制备技术,工业应用表明该技术开发是成功的,为PAO生产奠定了基础。Synthetic poly-Alpha-olefin(PAO)base oil is fully synthetic lube base oil.With excellent performance and wide applications,it is separately classified by API as Group IV base oil.Low-viscosity PAO base oil accounts for about 80% of the PAO market.The production of low-viscosity PAO base oil mainly uses BF3 catalyst and proton donor(HA)cocatalyst,and the reaction is triggered by BF3oHA,a complex of BF3 and HA.This paper introduces the mechanisms of this complexation reaction and α-olefin oligomerization reaction,based on which a BF3oHA complex preparation technology is developed.The industrial application shows that the development of this technology is successful,laying foundation for PAO production.
