摘  要:针对喷油孔数量、喷油孔位置和喷油量等对双级螺杆空压机性能的影响进行仿真研究与分析,提出4组仿真方案:1个喷油孔与2个喷油孔的对比研究;2个喷油孔、不同喷油量比例的对比研究;2级压缩喷油孔位置位于级间流道与位于2级压缩腔的对比分析;1级压缩喷油量固定,2级压缩不同喷油量的影响。综合4类情况的仿真结果与对比分析,得到喷油对于双级螺杆空压机排气温度和功率的影响规律,找到最佳喷油参数设置。研究结果对双级螺杆空压机喷油孔数量、位置以及喷油量分配比例的设置具有指导意义。A simulation and analysis were conducted on the influence of the number,the location and the amount of injection on the performance of a two-stage screw air compressor.Four sets of simulation schemes were proposed,namely:comparative study of one injection hole and two injection holes,comparative study of two injection holes and different oil-injection ratios,comparative analysis of the location of the secondary compression injection hole in the interstage flow channel and in the secondary compression cavity,the fixed oil-injection amount of primary compression and the influence of different oil injection amounts of secondary compression.Based on the simulation results and comparative analysis of four situations,the influence law of oil injection on the exhaust temperature and power of the two-stage screw air compressor was obtained,and the optimal oil injection parameter setting was found.The research results have guiding significance for the setting of the number and location of the injection holes and the distribution ratio of the injection volume in the two-stage screw air compressor.
