摘　　要：研究了一种硫酸钠替代纯碱直接法合成三偏磷酸钠的方法,采用天然芒硝(硫酸钠)为原料,替代现行的采用纯碱为原料的工艺,由于纯碱制备过程中需要消耗大量的能源,并不可避免地产生大量废弃物,因而硫酸钠替代纯碱直接合成三偏磷酸钠具有明显的节能降耗减排的效果,具有较高的经济价值和应用价值。本方法采用硫酸钠和磷酸二氢铵直接固态混合后加热,再进行回炉回火操作,直接反应获得三偏磷酸钠,还具有流程短、设备简单等优势,反应过程中副产物多为中性盐,对设备的腐蚀小,容易收集等。A method of direct synthesis of sodium trimetaphosphate by sodium sulfate instead of soda ash is studied.Using natural mirabilite(sodium sulfate)to replace the soda ash as raw material,due to the large amount of energy consumed in the preparation process of soda ash and the inevitable generation of a large amount of waste,the direct synthesis of sodium trimetaphosphate by sodium sulfate instead of soda ash has obvious effect of energy saving,consumption reduction and emission reduction,and has high economic value and application value.In this method,sodium sulfate and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate are directly mixed in solid state and then heated,and then back-to-furnace tempering operation is carried out to obtain sodium trimetaphosphate by direct reaction.It also has the advantages of short process and simple equipment.The by-products in the reaction process are mostly neutral salts,which have little corrosion to the equipment and are easy to collect.
