摘 要:利用静态失重法探究了聚天冬氨酸(PASP)、葡萄糖酸钠(SG)和苯并三氮唑(BTA)在NaCl介质中抑制紫铜腐蚀的效果。通过实验设计三元复合物配方,评价复合物的缓蚀性能,找到最优质量浓度配比c(PASP)∶c(SG)∶c(BTA)=1∶3∶4。进一步探究了该复合物投加浓度、NaCl介质浓度、温度和时间对其缓蚀性能的影响。结果表明,该复合物在浓度250 mg/L,温度60℃,NaCl质量分数为3.5%,时间12 h的条件下,缓蚀效果最佳,缓蚀率接近100%。缓蚀机制分析显示,缓蚀剂与金属表面以化学吸附作用成膜,抑制紫铜腐蚀。The effect of polyaspartic acid(PASP),sodium gluconate(SG)and benzotriazole(BTA)on the inhibition of copper corrosion in NaCl medium is investigated by static weight loss method.The ternary complex formula is designed by orthogonal method to evaluate the corrosion inhibition performance of the complex,and the optimal mass concentration ratio c(PASP)∶c(SG)∶c(BTA)=1∶3∶4 is found.The effects of the concentration of the composite,the concentration of NaCl medium,temperature and time on the corrosion inhibition performance are further explored.The results show that the composite has the best corrosion inhibition effect under concentration of 250 mg/L,temperature of 60℃,NaCl mass fraction of 3.5%and time of 12 h,and the corrosion inhibition rate is close to 100%.The analysis of corrosion inhibition mechanism shows that the corrosion inhibitor and the metal surface forms a film by chemical adsorption to inhibit the corrosion of copper.
