摘  要:使用聚乙二醇单甲醚1900和α-溴代异丁酰溴进行醇解反应得到大分子引发剂。以原子转移自由基聚合法(ATRP)合成两嵌段两亲聚合物聚乙二醇-聚甲基丙烯酸二甲氨乙酯(mPEG-PDMAEMA),以红外光谱和核磁氢谱对引发剂和嵌段聚合物结构进行精确表征。冷冻透射电镜证明,mPEG-PDMAEMA在水中可自组装形成囊泡结构,向其中通入CO_(2)以后,PDMAEMA中的叔胺结构被质子化,mPEG-PDMAEMA变成全亲水的结构,囊泡发生解离,从而在水中呈网状结构分布。由核磁氢谱进行证明,氮原子附近的烷基氢原子的位移均向低场移动。Macromolecular initiator is obtained by alcoholysis reaction of polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether 1900 andα-bromoisobutyryl bromide.The diblock amphiphilic polymer polyethylene glycol-poly(dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate)(mPEG-PDMAEMA)is synthesized by atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP).The structure of the initiator and the block polymer is accurately characterized by infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.Frozen transmission electron microscopy shows that mPEG-PDMAEMA can self-assemble into vesicles in water.After the introduction of CO_(2),the tertiary amine structure in PDMAEMA is protonated,and mPEG-PDMAEMA becomes a fully hydrophilic structure.The vesicles are dissociated and distributed in a network structure in water.Protonation is proved by nuclear magnetic hydrogen spectrum,and the displacement of the alkyl hydrogen atom near the nitrogen atom moves to the low field.
