基于时机选择的综合肠内营养干预在重症监护病房患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：【目的】探讨基于时机选择的综合肠内营养(EN)干预在重症监护病房(ICU)患者中的应用效果。【方法】106例ICU患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组53例。对照组给予常规EN护理,观察组实施基于时机选择的综合EN干预。比较两组患者干预前后血清前白蛋白(PA)、白蛋白(ALB)、钾水平、睡眠质量及喂养不耐受率、再喂养综合征发生率。【结果】干预后,观察组患者血清ALB、PA、钾水平均高于对照组;观察组患者喂养不耐受率、再喂养综合征发生率均低于对照组;观察组患者各项睡眠质量指数评分均低于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】基于时机选择的综合EN干预能显著提升ICU患者的生化指标和睡眠质量,降低喂养不耐受率和再喂养综合征发生率。【Objective】To explore the application of comprehensive enteral nutrition(EN)intervention based on timing selection for patients in the Intensive Care Unit(ICU).【Methods】A total of 106 ICU patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 53 patients in each group.The control group received routine EN care,while the observation group implemented a comprehensive EN intervention based on timing selection.The serum prealbumin(PA),albumin(ALB),serum potassium,sleep quality,feeding intolerance rate,and refeeding syndrome incidence were compared before and after the intervention between the two groups.【Results】After the intervention,the levels of ALB,PA,and serum potassium in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The feeding intolerance rate and refeeding syndrome incidence in the observation group were both lower than those in the control group.Additionally,the sleep quality index scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Comprehensive EN intervention based on timing selection can significantly improve biochemical indicators and sleep quality in ICU patients while reducing the rates of feeding intolerance and refeeding syndrome.
