摘 要:为评估冷却风扇气动性能及噪声,以某摩托车用轴流式冷却风扇为研究对象,应用计算流体力学和计算声学方法,采用流体分析软件STAR-CCM+和噪声分析软件Virtual Lab对风扇性能及噪声开展研究,并与风扇性能和噪声试验数据对比验证计算模型的可靠性。结果表明:轴流式冷却风扇风量仿真值与实测值变化趋势一致,最大误差约为4.9%,总体平均误差约为2.94%。轴流式风扇转速4213 r/min及风压0 Pa时,噪声仿真值与试验值的误差为9.7%,误差低于10%,可满足工程需求。类似研究方法应用于发电机组用离心式风扇风量及噪声预测研究中,经分析得出离心式风扇入口风速试验值与仿真值间最大误差为9.17%,最小误差为5%;1 m远场噪声监测点的噪声声压级仿真值为66 dB(A),实测声压级为75 dB(A),两者差异为9 dB(A),误差约为13.6%,原因是实测噪声值中含有电机驱动系统运转的噪声。研究结果可为轴流式及离心式风扇的气动性能及噪声评估提供方法参考。To evaluate the aerodynamic performance and noise of cooling fans,an axial flow cooling fan for a motorcycle was taken as the research object.Computational fluid dynamics and computational acoustics methods were applied,and fluid analysis software STAR-CCM+and noise analysis software Virtual Lab were used to study the fan performance and noise.The reliability of the calculation model was verified by comparing it with fan performance and noise test data.The results show that the simulated and measured values of the air volume of the axial flow cooling fan have a consistent trend,with a maximum error of about 4.9%and an overall average error of about 2.94%.When the speed of the axial flow fan is 4213 r/min and the wind pressure is 0 Pa,the error between the noise simulation value and the test value is 9.7%,which is less than 10%and thus can meet the engineering requirements.A similar research method was applied to the prediction of air volume and noise of centrifugal fans used in power generation units.After analysis,it is found that the maximum error between the experimental and simulated values of the inlet air velocity of the centrifugal fan is 9.17%,and the minimum error is 5%.The simulated noise pressure level at a 1-meter far-field noise monitoring point is 66 dB(A),while the measured sound pressure level is 75 dB(A).The difference between the two is 9 dB(A),with an error of about 13.6%.The reason is that the measured noise value contains noise from the operation of the motor drive system.The research results can provide a method reference for aerodynamic performance and noise evaluation of axial and centrifugal fans.
