摘 要:智能制造背景条件下机械学科需要融入人工智能、物联网等最新技术,升级成一门涉及机械工程、控制科学与工程、计算机科学与技术等多学科交叉的新工科。面向《“十四五”智能制造发展规划》,文中指出现有机械研究生人才培养模式在研究生教学体系、科教融合以及工程实践能力培养等方面所面临的挑战。针对所面临的挑战,文中详细地提出了发展策略:一是构建研究生教学中的系统性和创新性引导机制;二是构建导师科研和研究生教学活动互促机制;三是构建导师、研究生与企业三方联动合作共建机制。由此,对适应《“十四五”智能制造发展规划》的机械研究生人才培养模式进行了专题创新探索研究。In response to the “14th Five Year Plan for the Development of Intelligent Manufacturing”,the article points out the challenges faced by the current mechanical graduate talent training model in terms of graduate teaching system,integration of science and education,and engineering practice ability cultivation.In response to the challenges faced,the article proposes in detail development strategies:firstly,to establish a systematic and innovative guidance mechanism in graduate education;Secondly,establish a mechanism for mutual promotion between mentor research and graduate teaching activities;The third is to establish a collaborative mechanism among mentors,graduate students,and enterprises.Therefore,innovative exploration and research will be conducted on the talent cultivation mode of mechanical graduate students that adapts to the “14th Five Year Plan for the Development of Intelligent Manufacturing”.
