零工平台劳动的资本逻辑及其治理

摘　　要：零工平台不仅改变了生产资料与劳动力结合的形式,也改变了资本运作、增殖和扩张的方式。在零工平台上,数据作为关键生产要素,通过算法和数据分析等技术手段,实现了劳动力供需的高效匹配。同时,平台利用自身的技术和数据优势,对劳动者进行管理和控制,以实现自身利润的最大化。平台在追求剩余价值最大化的过程中,可能会忽视对劳动者权益保障、收入稳定性以及技能培训等方面的关注。因此,要构建以“人民为中心”的零工平台治理体系,坚守技术服务于人的理念,并通过算法规制与技术监管的有机结合,以及强化平台企业的劳动者保护责任和技能培训方式的适时更新等手段,有效推动零工平台的健康快速发展。Gig labor platforms not only change the way capital and labor were combined but also change the way capital operates,multiplies,and expands.On the gig platform,data,as a key production factor,realizes the efficient matching of labor supply and demand through technical means such as algorithms and data analysis.At the same time,the platform uses its own technology and data advantages to manage and control workers to maximize its profits.In pursuing the maximization of surplus value,the platform may neglect workers’rights and interests,income stability,and skill training.Therefore,it is necessary to build a“people-centered”governance system to effectively promote the healthy and rapid development of the gig platform through the organic combination of algorithmic regulation and technical supervision,as well as strengthening the platform enterprises’responsibility for labor protection and timely update of skills training methods.
