改良刺络拔罐法联合颈椎导引操对颈型颈椎病患者颈部疼痛及颈椎功能的影响

摘　　要：目的分析改良刺络拔罐法联合颈椎导引操对颈型颈椎病患者的影响。方法选取2020年9月—2023年9月日照市人民医院收治的84例颈型颈椎病患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组采用颈椎导引操治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用改良刺络拔罐法治疗。对比两组的临床疗效、疼痛程度、颈椎功能、生活质量。结果治疗前,两组疼痛程度、颈椎功能、生活质量对比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组的78.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组疼痛视觉模拟评分、颈椎功能障碍指数评分均低于对照组,生活质量综合评定问卷中躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活状态评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良刺络拔罐法联合颈椎导引操可有效缓解颈型颈椎病患者颈部疼痛,促进颈椎功能改善,最终提高其生活质量,有一定的应用价值,值得临床借鉴。Objective Analyze the influence of the improved pricking bloodletting cupping method combined with cervical guidance exercises on patients with cervical spondylosis of cervical type.Methods Eighty-four patients with cervical spondylosis of cervical type admitted to Rizhao City People's Hospital from September 2020 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cervical guidance exercises,the observation group was treated with the improved pricking bloodletting cupping method on the basis of the control group.Compare the clinical efficacy,pain degree,cervical spine function and quality of life between the two groups.Results Before treatment,the pain degree,cervical spine function and quality of life of the two groups were compared,and the differences between the groups were no statistically significant(P>0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.24%,which was higher than 78.57% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the pain Visual Analogue Scale and the Neck Disability Index scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,in the Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74,the scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and material living state were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved pricking bloodletting cupping method combined with cervical guidance exercises can effectively relieve neck pain in patients with cervical spondylosis of cervical type,promote the improvement of cervical spine function,and ultimately improve their quality of life.It has certain application value and is worthy of clinical reference.
