摘　　要：“全球南方”一词不仅承载地理属性,还蕴含深厚的政治意涵,反映了世界历史的曲折演进。从二战后的独立解放运动到当今的经济崛起,“全球南方”国家在全球事务中的参与度和重要性日益提升。面对内部差异与多样性带来的挑战,以及美西方国家试图通过杜撰“全球东方”话语陷阱将中国从“全球南方”剥离以制造新的国际对立格局的外部压力,“全球南方”应当强化历史自觉、明晰时代使命。中国作为“全球南方”的当然成员,正推动相关合作向纵深方向发展,并力争通过自主话语体系同国际话语体系的整合,共同推进人类命运共同体建设。The term Global South carries not only geographical attributes but also profound political implications,reflecting the complex evolution of world history.From the independence and liberation movements after the post-World War II era to today’s economic rise,the participation and importance of the Global South countries in global affairs have been increasingly enhanced.In the face of internal differences and diversity,as well as external pressures from Western countries attempting to separate China from the Global South and create a new antagonistic international landscape by fabricating the“Global East”narrative,the Global South countries should strengthen historical awareness and clarify their historical mission.As a natural member of the Global South,China is promoting in-depth cooperation and striving to integrate an independent discourse system with the international discourse system to jointly build a community with a shared future for mankind.
