摘 要:军事供应链风险评估指标体系研究是全面细化落实现代军事物流体系建设的具体行动,从源头上管控各项风险,使军事供应链加快形成体系化的物资保障能力,是军队后勤履行保障打赢任务的必然要求。论文通过对国内外军事供应链风险的研究现状进行分析研究,以供应商风险、运输风险、信息风险、仓储风险、采购风险、环境风险和军事风险作为准则层风险评估指标,构建了军事供应链风险评估指标体系模型,利用层次分析法对模型进模型中的各个指标权重值进行求解,并按照权重大小进行了排序,为军事供应链风险评估提供了理论依据。The research on the risk assessment index system of military supply chain is a specific action to comprehensively refine and implement the construction of modern military logistics system,control various risks from the source,and accelerate the formation of systematic material support capabilities in the military supply chain.It is an inevitable requirement for military logistics to fulfill the mission of ensuring success.This article analyzes and studies the current research status of military supply chain risks both domestically and internationally,using supplier risk,transportation risk,information risk,warehousing risk,procurement risk,environmental risk,and military risk as criteria level risk assessment indicators.A military supply chain risk assessment indicator system model is constructed,and the model is solved using analytic hierarchy process,The weight values of the 22 indicators in the sub criterion layer of the model relative to the overall target are calculated and sorted,providing a theoretical basis for military supply chain risk assessment.
