摘 要:为了研究露天矿内排道路线型与卡车油耗的相关性,以安太堡露天矿730E卡车为研究对象,规划内排对比路线,设计油耗采集方案,通过高精度容积式油耗仪采集矿用卡车不同工况下卡车油耗数据并进行对比分析;基于运输功理论,建立了露天矿包含空气阻力、滚动阻力和坡道阻力的运输功模型,并将运输功与卡车油耗进行对比。结果表明:相同运距条件下,无论是空车还是重车,坡道都会导致卡车油耗增加,运输功变化规律与油耗表现出良好的一致性;减少运输道路坡道数量和降低运输提升高度是降低卡车油耗的关键措施。In order to study the correlation between the line shape of the internal dumping road in the open-pit mine and the fuel consumption of trucks,the article takes 730E truck in Antaibao Open-pit Mine as the research object,plans the comparison route of the internal dumping,and designs a fuel consumption collection scheme.The article uses high-precision volumetric fuel consumption meter to collect fuel consumption data of mining trucks under different working conditions and conduct comparative analysis.Based on the theory of transportation work,a transportation work model is established for open-pit mines,which includes air resistance,rolling resistance,and slope resistance.The transportation work is compared with truck fuel consumption.The results show that under the same transportation distance conditions,whether empty or heavy truck,the slope would lead to an increase in truck fuel consumption,and the change in transportation work show good consistency with fuel consumption.Reducing the number of transportation ramps and lowering the height of transportation lifting are key measures to reduce truck fuel consumption.
