摘 要:为了强化吊装作业安全管理和效率提升,总结吊装作业在露天煤矿维修现场长期实践工作中发现的安全隐患问题,以及工作过程协同配合等影响工作效率问题;通过不断总结、优化管理方法,形成一种露天煤矿维修现场吊装作业行之有效的管理方法,并介绍了吊装作业“6.4”工作法在露天煤矿的实践应用。应用结果表明:吊装作业“6.4”工作法在原有基础上有效提升30%工作效率,预防了事故的发生。In order to strengthen the safety management and improve efficiency of lifting operations,this article summarizes the safety hazards discovered in the long-term practical work of lifting operations in open-pit coal mine maintenance sites,as well as the problems that affect work efficiency such as work process coordination.Through continuous summarization and optimization of management methods,the article forms an effective management method for lifting operations in open-pit coal mine maintenance sites,and introduces practice and application of the"6.4"working method in lifting operations of open-pit coal mine.The application results show that the"6.4"lifting operation method effectively improves work efficiency by 30%on the original basis,preventing accidents from occurring.
