摘 要:为了有效避免矿用洗选设备速度检测单元中较高通断频率的接近开关及其配套隔离式安全栅通道损坏问题,通过系统分析测速单元工作原理及隔离式安全栅通道损坏原因,从安全隔离通道的手动切改模式和安全隔离通道的自动切改通道模式2个方面对信号隔离式安全栅通道快速无障碍切换进行了改造;介绍了技术改造的原理和改造的具体技术实现路径。应用结果表明:信号隔离式安全栅通道快速无障碍切换改造降低了系统设备的故障点,提高了设备维修效率。In order to effectively avoid the problem of damage to the proximity switch and its supporting isolated safety barrier channel with high on/off frequency in the speed detection unit of mining washing equipment,the working principle of the speed measurement unit and the reasons for the damage of the isolated safety barrier channel were analyzed systematically.The signal isolated safety barrier channel was transformed from two aspects:manual switching mode of the safety isolation channel and automatic switching mode of the safety isolation channel for fast and unobstructed switching.The article introduces the principles of technological transformation and the specific technical implementation path of the transformation.The application results show that the rapid and barrier free switching transformation of signal isolated safety barrier channels reduces the failure points of system equipment and improves equipment maintenance efficiency.
