摘　　要：为了提高煤炭生产运行效率、夯实能源保供基础,结合煤炭“产、销、运、需”各环节特点,分析了近年区域煤炭行业发展形势及相关煤炭企业生产运行特点,提出了深化精益生产、销售协同、路企合作、需求兑现等举措,并分析了实施效果。结果表明:通过深化煤炭“产、销、运、需”各环节精益协同协作,可有效提升煤炭生产效率、充分发挥设备效能,进一步深化销售协同配合、运输提效增效、保障计划兑现,有效保障能源安全、稳定、高效供应。In order to improve the efficiency of coal production and operation and consolidate the foundation of energy supply guarantee,this article analyzes the development situation of regional coal industry in recent years and the production and operation characteristics of relevant coal enterprises based on the characteristics of coal"production,marketing,transportation and demand",puts forward the measures such as deepening lean production,marketing coordination,road enterprise cooperation and demand fulfillment,and analyzes the implementation effects.The results show that by deepening the lean cooperation in each link of coal"production,marketing,transportation and demand",the coal production efficiency can be effectively improved,the equipment efficiency can be fully utilized,the sales coordination can be further deepened,the transportation efficiency can be improved,the plan can be fulfilled,and the energy security,stability and efficient supply can be effectively guaranteed.
