摘 要:石英灯阵列辐射热流分布是热强度试验加热方案合理性评估的直接依据。针对石英灯灯丝半圆柱面多网格划分下的辐射热流计算,本文提出了适用于多网格划分的解析计算方法,分析了不同网格数量对热流分布的影响,对比有限元软件热流计算结果,确定了灯丝对外辐射总能量差异是解析法与有限元热流计算结果差异的主要原因,据此建立了有限元模型的灯丝温度调整方法,调整后二者计算结果的一致性得到大幅改善,进而验证了该解析计算方法的正确性,将该方法计算的热流密度值作为热流载荷边界施加于有限元分析模型中能够显著降低辐射传热计算规模,实现大尺度结构与大规模石英灯阵列辐射传热下结构温度响应的快速计算。Radiation heat flux distribution of the quart lamp array is the direct way to assess rationality of heating design in thermal strength tests.An analytical computation method was present for the heat flux of the quartz lamp under multi-elements mesh for the semi-cylinder of the filament.The effect of different number of elements on the distribution of heat flux was discussed.In comparison with calculated results using finite element software,the main reason for the difference between the calculated results using analytical method and finite element method was the difference of total radiation energy of the filament.Then the adjusting method of temperature of the filament in the finite element model was built,which obviously improved the consistency between the calculated results.So the validity of the analytical computation method was verified,which could effectively reduce the scale of radiation heat transfer and get temperature response rapidly of the structure in large scale under the radiation heat transfer with large scale array of the quartz lamps if heat flux computed from this method was used as load in the finite element analysis.
