摘 要:轴承内部载荷分布是影响轴承疲劳可靠性的重要力学参量。针对摩擦电或压电式压力传感器均需通过外部供能或提供驱动信号才能工作,难以用于空间狭小轴承内部载荷分布在线测试的问题,提出了一种基于自驱动摩擦电-压电耦合压力传感器的轴承内部载荷分布测试方法。研究了摩擦电-压电耦合压力传感器的工作原理,并将其与NUP2207轴承集成;通过有限元方法获得轴承座微槽数目和微槽圆心角对轴承内部载荷分布与径向变形的影响规律并用于指导传感器结构设计。实际测试结果表明:随着微槽数目减少,轴承载荷分布与不开槽载荷分布的偏差增大;随着微槽圆心角增大,轴承外圈和传感器薄膜的径向变形增大;摩擦电-压电耦合压力传感器具有良好的线性度和准确度,可为轴承内部载荷分布的自驱动在线测试提供新思路。The internal load distribution of bearings is an important mechanical parameter that affects the fatigue reliability of bearings.A measuring method for internal load distribution of bearings based on self-driven triboelectric-piezoelectric coupling pressure sensor is proposed to address the problem that both triboelectric and piezoelectric pressure sensors require external power supply or driving signals to operate,making it difficult to measure the internal load distribution of bearings in narrow space.The working principle of triboelectric-piezoelectric coupling pressure sensor is studied,and the sensor is integrated with NUP2207 bearings.The influence of number of microgrooves and central angle of microgrooves of housings on internal load distribution and radial deformation of bearings is obtained by finite element method,which can be used to guide the structural design of the sensor.The actual test results show that as the number of microgrooves decreases,the deviation between load distribution of bearings and load distribution of non-grooved bearings increases;as the central angle of microgrooves increases,the radial deformation of bearing outer rings and sensor film also increases;the triboelectric-piezoelectric coupling pressure sensor has good linearity and accuracy,providing new ideas for self-driven online measurement of internal load distribution of bearings.
