摘 要:为提高斜撑离合器的综合承载能力,以J-8331型离合器为研究对象,采用第三代非支配排序遗传算法对其进行性能优化。根据离合器结构特征设定几何约束,提炼并推导楔角、升程百分比、接触应力和综合应力等能反映离合器整体楔合性能的多个指标作为优化目标,据此设定筛选函数,求得多目标优化Pareto最优解集。理论计算和仿真分析结果表明,优化后的离合器总体楔合性能满足预设条件,证明了此优化方法的可行性。In order to improve the comprehensive load capacity of sprag clutch,the J-8331 clutch is taken as a research object,and the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-Ⅲis used to optimize its performance.According to structural characteristics of the clutch,the geometric constraints are set,and several indexes,such as wedge angle,lift percentage,contact stress and comprehensive stress,which can reflect the overall wedging performance of the clutch,are extracted and deduced as optimization objectives.Based on this,the screening function is set to obtain the Pareto optimal solution set of multi-objective optimization.The results of theoretical calculation and simulation analysis show that the overall wedging performance of optimized clutch meets the preset conditions,proving the feasibility of this optimization method.
