摘 要:基于矿井提升机低速重载液体动静压轴承的工作原理,建立了流体域油膜的有限元模型,利用Fluent仿真软件研究了不同偏心率、动压供油压力和最高转速下轴承的承载特性。结果表明:随着偏心率和动压供油压力的增大,径向承载力、出口流量和油膜压力极值整体呈上升趋势;随着最高转速的增大,径向承载力和油膜压力极值呈上升趋势,出口流量呈下降趋势;不同动压供油压力和最高转速的油膜温度峰值都出现在轴承发散区的端部位置。A finite element model of fluid domain oil film is established according to working principle of low-speed and heavy-load liquid hybrid bearings for mine hoists,and the load characteristics of the bearings under different eccentricities,dynamic oil supply pressures and maximum rotational speeds are studied by using Fluent simulation software.The results show that with the increase of eccentricities and dynamic oil supply pressures,the radial load capacities,outlet flow rates and extreme values of oil film pressures increase;with the increase of maximum rotational speeds,the radial load capacities and extreme values of oil film pressures increase,and the outlet flow rates decrease;the peak values of oil film temperatures of different dynamic pressure oil supply pressures and maximum rotational speeds appear at end of bearing divergence zone.
