摘 要:脊髓损伤是一种中枢神经系统疾病,能够引起损伤平面以下的神经功能障碍。若治疗不当,可能导致严重的并发症及后遗症。目前对于脊髓损伤的治疗均有一定局限性及不良反应,缺乏一个统一的治疗策略。近年来,葛根素,因其抗炎、抗细胞凋亡和抗氧化损伤等特点,在中枢神经系统疾病治疗中受到学者们广泛关注。文章系统总结相关研究成果,从抑制炎性反应,细胞凋亡,氧化应激,脊髓缺血,调节胶质细胞等方面对脊髓损伤后葛根素的保护作用相关机制进行综述,希望为未来葛根素治疗脊髓损伤临床应用提供参考与借鉴。Spinal cord injury is one of the most serious diseases of the central nervous system,leading to neurological dysfunction below the injury level.Without proper treatment,it can result in severe complications and lasting sequelae.Currently,treatments for spinal cord injury have certain limitations and adverse effects,and a standardized approach is lacking.In recent years,puerarin has attracted significant attention from researchers for its potential in treating central nervous system diseases due to its anti-inflammatory,anti-apoptotic,and antioxidant properties.This paper provides a comprehensive review of relevant research findings,exploring the protective mechanisms of puerarin in spinal cord injury from multiple aspects,including the inhibition of inflammatory responses,apoptosis,oxidative stress,spinal cord ischemia,and glial cell regulation.The aim is to offer insights and references for the future clinical application of puerarin in the treatment of spinal cord injuries.
