摘 要:研究旨在探索汽车前风挡玻璃在冲击载荷下的破坏历程及力学响应。通过建立JH2本构模型和基于ABAQUS软件的有限元模型,详细分析了汽车前风挡玻璃在冲击载荷下动态力学性能。利用冲击球头加速度时间历程曲线及裂纹形貌验证模型的精确性和可靠性。研究发现:保持玻璃厚度不变时,上层玻璃厚度为2.4 mm、下层为1.6 mm的前风挡玻璃表现出较优的冲击破坏性能。此外,PVB层的厚度选择上,0.38 mm和0.76 mm是相对合适的选项,不宜选择过大的数值。与强度较高的玻璃相比,强度较低的玻璃能更有效地保护行人。而增加PVB材料的强度可以有效改善前风挡玻璃的冲击破坏性能。This study aims to explore the failure process and mechanical response of automotive laminated glass windshields under impact loading.By establishing the JH2 constitutive model and a finite element model based on ABAQUS software,the dynamic mechanical properties of automotive laminated glass windshields under impact loading were analyzed in detail.The accuracy and reliability of the models were verified using the acceleration-time history curve of the impactor and crack morphology.The study found that for constant glass thickness,a windshield with an upper layer thickness of 2.4 mm and a lower layer thickness of 1.6 mm demonstrated superior impact resistance.Additionally,for the PVB layer thickness,0.38 mm and 0.76 mm were found to be relatively suitable options,with excessively large values not recommended.Compared to glass with higher strength,glass with lower strength can more effectively protect pedestrians.Furthermore,increasing the strength of the PVB material can effectively improve the impact resistance performance of automotive laminated glass windshields.
