摘  要:在汽车制造业快速发展的时代背景下,为了保障海上车辆运输的安全性,针对滚装船车辆舱内部防护结构进行研究,提出使用柔性吸能材料的防撞装置设计思想,将柔性吸能材料通过螺栓与钢架进行连接,安装于车辆舱舱壁,以减小碰撞对船体结构和货物的影响。基于数值仿真计算和落锤碰撞冲击试验,对比了不同钢架结构以及不同防护材料的防护效果,确定了采用橡胶和聚四氟乙烯的防撞条设计方案。将防撞条绑定于钢质框架上,并对钢质框架结构进行优化,在保障船舶安全的同时,也为船舶运行提供了更高的效率和经济性。Under the background of the rapid development of automobile manufacturing industry,in order to ensure the safety of marine vehicle transportation,this paper studies the internal protection structure of ro-ro vehicle cabin,and puts forward the design idea of anti-collision device using flexible energy-absorbing material.The flexible energy-absorbing material is connected with the steel frame through bolts and installed on the vehicle cabin bulkhead to reduce the impact of collision on the hull structure and cargo.Based on numerical simulation calculation and drop hammer impact test,the protective effects of different steel frame structures and different protective materials were compared,and the design scheme of anti-collision bar with rubber and polytetrafluoroethylene was determined.The anti-collision bar is bound to the steel frame and the steel frame structure is optimized.While ensuring the safety of the ship,it also provides higher efficiency and economy for the ship operation.
