摘  要:实验采用样品机设备定型与WMS功能联调的方法,旨在统一智能周转柜的设备功能与界面UI,确保不同供应商产品间的兼容性与标准化,极大提升了电网系统的整体协同效率。通过模拟实际仓储环境,验证智能周转柜的高效自动化流转能力及精准的数据处理能力,同时调试WMS系统,实现计量资产全生命周期的数字化追踪与管理。实验结果显示,样品机性能稳定,WMS系统联动顺畅,有效提升了计量资产管理的智能化与效率,为批量生产及全面推广奠定了坚实基础。The experiment adopts the method of sample machine equipment molding and WMS function joint adjustment,aiming to unify the equipment functions and interface UI of the intelligent turnover cabinet,ensure the compatibility and standardization between different suppliers'products,and greatly improve the overall collaboration efficiency of the power grid system.By simulating the actual storage environment,the efficient automatic flow ability and accurate data processing ability of the intelligent turnover cabinet are verified.At the same time,the WMS system is debugged to realize the digital tracking and management of the whole life cycle of metering assets.The experimental results show that the sample machine has stable performance and the WMS system linkage is smooth,which effectively improves the intelligence and efficiency of measurement asset management,and lays a solid foundation for mass production and comprehensive promotion.
