摘 要:鄂尔多斯盆地陇东长7页岩油资源丰富,主要分布于华池、合水、姬塬、靖安等区域,构造上主体位于天环坳陷东部和伊陕斜坡西部,储层岩石类型以岩屑长石砂岩和长石碎屑砂岩为主,是长庆油田持续增储上产的重要接替区域。与北美海相页岩油不同,陇东长7页岩油为陆相湖盆沉积体系,储层连续性差,非均质性强,且地处沟壑纵横的黄土塬,开发过程中面临井场建设困难、钻井成本高、单井累计产量低等诸多技术挑战。长庆油田以“大井丛+长水平井”为总体技术思路,通过开展大偏移距井身剖面优化设计、强抑制复合盐防塌钻井液、长水平井优快钻井技术攻关,配套旋转导向、高效耐磨PDC钻头、新型水力振荡器等关键提速工具,持续深化试验应用,创新形成页岩油大井丛长水平井钻完井技术,有效解决了黄土塬钻完井施工难题,实现了页岩油开发方式的转变,构建了规模经济高效开发新模式,为页岩油快速高效建产提供了坚实的技术支撑与保障,对国内非常规油气勘探开发具有重要的引领示范作用。The oil resources in the Chang 7 member of Ordos Basin are rich,mainly distributed in Huachi,Heshui,Jiyuan,Jing'an and other regions.The main structure is located in the eastern part of Tianhuan Depression and the western part of Yishan Slope.The reservoir rock types are mainly lithic feldspar sandstone and feldspar clastic sandstone,which is an important replacement area for the continuous increase of reserves and production in Changqing Oilfield.Different from the marine shale oil in North America,Chang 7 shale oil is a continental lake basin sedimentary system with poor reservoir continuity,strong heterogeneity,and is located in the loess tableland landform with vertical and horizontal gullies.During the development process,it faces many technical challenges such as difficulties in well site construction,high drilling costs,and low cumulative production of single wells.Taking"large well cluster+long horizontal well"as the overall technical idea,technical research on the optimization design of well profile with large offset,strong inhibition of composite salt anti-collapse drilling fluid,and rapid drilling supporting technology of horizontal wells has been carried out.The key ROP optimization tools such as rotary steering system,high-efficiency wear-resistant PDC bit and new hydraulic oscillator are used to further test application,and the drilling and completion technologies of horizontal wells in large well cluster of shale oil is innovatively formed,which effectively solves construction problems during drilling and completion in loess tableland landform and realizes the transformation of shale oil development mode.A new model of scale economy and efficient development is constructed,which provides a solid technical support and guarantee for the rapid and efficient production of shale oil,and provides experience and technical reference for the development of shale oil in other oilfields.
