摘　　要：参与“一带一路”建设为合作国家和地区互联互通提供了重要支撑,也为城市创业活跃度的提升提供了新的动力。文章通过分析2006—2021年288个城市的面板数据,并借助双重差分模型的方法,对参与“一带一路”建设如何影响城市创业活跃度及其作用机制进行了实证研究。研究发现,参与“一带一路”建设有助于促进城市创业活跃度的提升。机制检验表明,“一带一路”建设的参与主要通过优化产业兼容性、推动研发创新投入和发挥人才集聚效应等方式,促进城市创业活跃度的增长。进一步分析表明,参与“一带一路”建设对邻近城市的创业活跃度产生了空间外溢效应。文章旨在深入分析“一带一路”倡议在中国的经济影响及其对促进高质量创业发展的政策借鉴作用。The Belt and Road Initiative provides important support for enhancing connectivity between countries and regions along its routes,and also provides new impetus for the promotion of urban entrepreneurial activity.This article analyzes panel data from 288 cities spanning from 2006 to 2021 and employs the difference-in-differences model to conduct an empirical analysis of how the Belt and Road Initiative affects urban entrepreneurial activity and the mechanism behind this effect.The study found that the Belt and Road Initiative helps to promote the improvement of urban entrepreneurial activity.The mechanism test shows that the Belt and Road Initiative mainly promotes urban entrepreneurial activity by optimizing industrial compatibility,fostering R&D innovation investment,and leveraging the talent agglomeration effect.Further analysis shows that the Belt and Road Initiative has a spatial spillover effect on the entrepreneurial activity of neighboring cities.This paper aims to provide an in-depth analysis of the economic impact of the Belt and Road Initiative in China and offers policy references for promoting high-quality entrepreneurship.
