摘　　要：国家大数据综合试验区能有效促进数据资源的集聚共享、流通与应用,产生数据要素赋能效应,进而为企业绿色转型发展提供重要助力。文章基于A股上市公司面板数据,从数据要素赋能的视角考察大数据综试区设立对企业绿色化转型的影响。研究表明:大数据综试区设立显著促进了企业绿色转型发展,经一系列稳健性检验后该结论依然成立;异质性方面,大数据综试区对非外资企业、小规模企业及非高新技术企业绿色化转型的促进作用较大,对劳动、资本密集型行业及重污染型行业的影响更为突出,绿色技术创新、资源要素绿色配置与企业外部监管是加速企业绿色化转型的主要传导机制;拓展分析发现,大数据综试区的设立带动了经济邻近地区企业的绿色化转型,相对供应链上游供应商而言,试点地区企业绿色化转型对下游客户的正向溢出作用更显著。文章研究为推动企业绿色低碳发展,实现经济高质量、可持续增长提供了有益借鉴。The National Big Data Comprehensive Pilot area can effectively promote the agglomeration,sharing,circulation and application of data resources,generate a data element empowerment effect,and thereby provide important help for the green transformation and development of enterprises.Based on panel data of A-share listed companies,this paper examines the impact of establishing a big data comprehensive pilot area on the green transformation of enterprises from the perspective of data element empowerment.The research shows that the establishment of a big data comprehensive pilot area has significantly promoted the green transformation and development of enterprises,and the conclusion remains valid after a series of robustness tests.In terms of heterogeneity,the big data pilot area plays a more significant role in promoting the green transformation of non-foreign-funded enterprises,small-scale enterprises and non-high-tech enterprises.The impact is more pronounced in labor-intensive,capital intensive industries and heavy polluting industries.Green technology innovation,green allocation of resource elements and external supervision of enterprises are the main transmission mechanisms to accelerate the green transformation of enterprises.The expansion analysis found that the establishment of the big data comprehensive pilot area drove the green transformation of enterprises in economically neighboring areas.In addition,compared to upstream suppliers in the supply chain,the green transformation of enterprises in the pilot area has a more significant positive spillover effect on downstream customers.This study provides a useful reference for promoting the green and low-carbon development of enterprises and achieving high-quality and sustainable economic growth.
