摘 要:为推进固硫灰渣资源化利用,通过对固硫灰渣特性研究,提出采用化学激发与机械磨细共同作用激发固硫灰渣潜在活性的方法,比较改性前后固硫灰渣基泡沫轻质土力学性能,验证将固硫灰渣应用于泡沫轻质土材料的可行性。研究结果表明:固硫灰渣中SiO_(2)、Al_(2)O_(3)含量较高,具有潜在活性,但水化产生的AFt使泡沫轻质土体积膨胀;采用0.04%碱性激发剂和机械磨细120 min可有效激发固硫灰渣潜在活性,机械磨细可提前释放膨胀能,解决材料体积安定问题;改性后固硫灰渣基泡沫轻质土力学性能显著改善,为满足抗压强度、软化系数及体积安定要求,应控制固硫灰渣掺量不高于水泥质量的62%。研发的固硫灰渣基泡沫轻质土新材料为工业固废的资源化利用和泡沫轻质土降本增效提供了新的途径。In order to promote the resource utilization of solid sulfur ash,this paper proposes a method to stimulate the potential activity of solid sulfur ash by using chemical excitation and mechanical grinding together,compares the mechanical properties of solid sulfur ash-based foam lightweight soil before and after the modification,and verifies the feasibility of applying solid sulfur ash to foam lightweight soil materials through the characterization of solid sulfur ash.The results show that the solid sulfur ash slag has high content of SiO_(2) and Al_(2)O_(3),which is potentially active,but the AFt produced by hydration makes the foam lightweight soil volume expansion.The use of 0.04%alkaline excitant and mechanical grinding for 120 min can effectively stimulate the potential activity of solid sulfur ash slag,and mechanical grinding can release the expansion energy in advance,to solve the problem of volume stability of the material.The mechanical properties of solid sulfur ash slag based foam lightweight soil improved significantly after modification,in order to meet the requirements for the application of solid sulfur ash slag in foam lightweight soil.Mechanical properties of modified solid sulfur ash-based foam lightweight soil improved significantly,in order to meet the requirements of compressive strength,softening coefficient and volume stability,should control the solid sulfur ash dosage is not higher than 62%of the mass of cement.The new material of solid sulfur ash-based foam lightweight soil developed in this paper provides a new way for the resourceful utilization of industrial solid waste and foam lightweight soil to reduce cost and increase efficiency.
