摘　　要：目的探讨血清白细胞介素(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)与老年脓毒症患者急性肺损伤程度的关系。方法选取2023年1月至12月老年脓毒症急性肺损伤患者100名(观察组),另选取100名体检科健康志愿者(健康组),采集血液样本,检测血清IL-6、CRP、PCT,并进行肺部超声检查。结果相较健康组,观察组血清IL-6、CRP、PCT水平均呈明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着病情的加重,血清IL-6、CRP、PCT水平明显升高,且各指标组间两两比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关分析显示,老年脓毒症急性肺损伤患者血清IL-6、CRP、PCT水平与肺部超声评分均呈正相关(r=0.85、0.43、0.76,P<0.01);结论血清IL-6、CRP、PCT与老年脓毒症患者急性肺损伤程度密切相关,且三者水平升高可作为患者肺损伤程度评估的潜在指标。Objective To explore the relationship between serum Interleukin-6,C-reactive protein,procalcitonin and the degree of acute lung injury in elderly patients with sepsis.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with acute lung injury caused by sepsis from January 2023 to December 2023(observation group)were selected,and another 100 healthy volunteers from the physical examination department(health group)were selected.Blood samples were collected,serum IL-6,CRP,PCT were tested,and lung ultrasound examination was performed.Results Compared with the healthy group,the serum levels of IL-6,CRP,and PCT in the observation group were significantly increased,with statistical significance(P<0.05).As the condition worsens,the levels of serum IL-6,CRP,and PCT significantly increase,and there is a statistically significant difference in pairwise comparison between each indicator group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum IL-6,CRP,PCT levels were positively correlated with lung ultrasound scores in elderly patients with acute lung injury caused by sepsis(r=0.85,0.43,0.76,P<0.01).Conclusion Serum IL-6,CRP,and PCT are closely related to the severity of acute lung injury in elderly sepsis patients,and their elevated levels can serve as potential indicators for evaluating the degree of lung injury in patients.
