摘 要:目的:分析妊娠晚期孕妇定植B群链球菌(GBS)检测中细菌培养法、实时荧光PCR的敏感度和特异度。方法:选择2021年6月~2023年7月收治的120例妊娠晚期孕妇为分析对象,取其生殖道-直肠分泌物拭子为标本,共计2份,检验中分别采取细菌培养法、实时荧光PCR检测,以基因测序检测结果为金标准,对比两种检测方式的诊断效能。结果:基因测序检测结果显示120例孕妇中52例为阳性,68例为阴性;细菌培养结果显示阳性为45例,阴性为60例;实时荧光PCR结果显示阳性为51例,阴性为66例;实施荧光培养PCR的敏感度、特异度以及准确度情况均优于细菌培养(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠晚期孕妇检测GBS时,可采取实施荧光PCR检测方式,该方式的耗时较短,且具有较高敏感度和特异度,有助于明确孕妇的实际情况,为后续治疗提供科学依据。Objective:To analyze the sensitivity and specificity of bacterial culture method and real-time fluorescence PCR in the detection of group B streptococcus(GBS)in late pregnancy pregnant women.Methods:120 late pregnancy pregnant women admitted from June 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the analysis objects,and their reproductive tract rectal secretion swabs were taken as specimens,a total of 2.During the test,bacterial culture method and real-time fluorescence PCR detection were used,and gene sequencing results were used as the gold standard.The diagnostic efficacy of the two detection methods was compared.Results:The genetic sequencing test showed that 52 out of 120 pregnant women were positive and 68 were negative;The bacterial culture results showed 45 positive cases and 60 negative cases;The real-time fluorescence PCR results showed 51 positive cases and 66 negative cases;The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of implementing fluorescence culture PCR were better than those of bacterial culture(P<0.05).Conclusion:When detecting GBS in late pregnancy pregnant women,the implementation of fluorescence PCR detection can be adopted.This method has a shorter time consumption,high sensitivity and specificity,which helps to clarify the actual situation of pregnant women and provide scientific basis for subsequent treatment.
