经腹部联合会阴超声检查在产程观察中的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的:分析经腹部联合会阴超声检查在产程观察中的临床价值,为产程监测提供更加安全高效的指导。方法:选取80例2023年3月~2023年12月在本院阴道试产的初产妇,通过随机数字表法分成常规组与超声组,各40例。常规组采用传统阴道指检,超声组采用经腹部联合会阴超声检查,对比两组的检查次数、产程时间、顺产、钳产和剖宫产率、两组胎方位符合率、两组发生母婴不良反应的情况。结果:两组的检查次数和产程时间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),超声组的顺产率和胎方位符合率高于常规组(P<0.05);超声组的剖宫产率和母婴不良反应发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:经腹部联合会阴超声检查有助于孕妇产程评估,能精准了解胎方位,有助于提高顺产率,减少母婴不良反应发生。Objective:To analyze the clinical value of transabdominal combined with perineal ultrasound examination in labor observation,and provide safer and more efficient guidance for labor monitoring.Methods:80 primiparous women who underwent vaginal trial delivery in our hospital from March 2023 to December 2023 were randomly divided into a conventional group and an ultrasound group,with 40 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The conventional group underwent traditional vaginal digital examination,while the ultrasound group underwent transabdominal combined with perineal ultrasound examination.The number of examinations,delivery time,vaginal delivery,forceps delivery,and cesarean section rates were compared between the two groups,as well as the conformity rate of fetal orientation between the two groups and the occurrence of maternal and infant adverse reactions.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the number of examinations and delivery time between the two groups(P>0.05).The ultrasound group had a higher rate of vaginal delivery and fetal orientation conformity than the conventional group(P<0.05);The cesarean section rate and incidence of maternal and infant adverse reactions in the ultrasound group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Abdominal combined with perineal ultrasound examination is helpful for evaluating the delivery process of pregnant women,accurately understanding the position of the fetus,improving the rate of vaginal delivery,reducing the occurrence of adverse reactions between mother and baby.
