摘　　要：目的:研究冠脉CTA结合AI在诊断冠脉病变中的应用效果。方法:对150例疑似冠心病患者进行CTA+AI和CAG检查,分析结果。结果:CTA+AI与CAG诊断结果一致性高,CTA特异度75.00%,灵敏度90.84%,误诊率和漏诊率分别为30.77%和5.07%。结论:CTA+AI技术在冠脉病变诊断中效果良好。Objective:To study the application effect of coronary CTA combined with AI in the diagnosis of coronary artery lesions.Methods:CTA+AI and CAG examinations were conducted on 150 suspected coronary heart disease patients,and the results were analyzed.Results:The consistency between CTA+AI and CAG diagnostic results was high,with CTA specificity of 75.00%and sensitivity of 90.84%,the misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate were 30.77%and 5.07%,respectively.Conclusion:The CTA+AI technology shows good results in the diagnosis of coronary artery lesions.
