摘　　要：目的:分析超声清洗预处理在门诊妇科的复用器械清洗中的应用效果。方法:将2023年1月~2023年6月福建医科大学附属漳州市医院消毒供应中心回收的门诊妇科复用普通器械2000包随机分为实验组和对照组各1000包,对照组使用常规清洗流程。实验组在常规清洗流程中增加超声清洗预处理。结果:实验组目测法清洗合格率96.00%和杰力试纸检测清洗合格率94.00%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组清洗满意度98.80%显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规清洗流程中增加超声清洗预处理用于清洗门诊妇科的复用器械,显著提高清洗质量和满意度。Objective:To analyze the effect of ultrasonic cleaning pretreatment on the reuse instrument cleaning in outpatient gynecology.Methods:2000 sets of outpatient gynecological reusable common instruments recovered from the disinfection supply center of Zhangzhou City Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from January 2023 to June 2023 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 1000 sets each.In the experimental group,ultrasonic cleaning pretreatment was added to the routine cleaning process.Results:The qualified rate of the experimental group was 96.00%by visual method and 94.00%by Jelli test paper,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The cleaning satisfaction of the experimental group was 98.80%higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adding ultrasonic cleaning preconditioning to the routine cleaning process can significantly improve the cleaning quality and satisfaction.
