探讨PDCA循环模式对腹腔镜消毒供应中心腔镜器械清洗合格率的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨PDCA循环模式对腹腔镜消毒供应中心腔镜器械清洗合格率的影响。方法:选择本院2023年4月~2024年3月所使用的腔镜器械40套,每套器械内器械数量及厂家均相等,均为13件。随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各20套(260件)。对照组采用常规器械管理方法,观察组给予PDCA循环模式干预。观察两组腔镜器械在不同管理模式中的不良事件(包括装配错误、器械零件遗失、器械损坏、包装不规范)发生情况;腔镜器械清洗质量对比;手术医生、护士满意度。结果:研究结果显示,观察组在不良事件总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的ATP检测不合格率和目测及带光源放大镜下的检查不合格率也显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。此外,手术医生和护士对观察组的满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环模式是一种有效的质量管理工具,可广泛应用于提高医疗器械管理的标准化和质量保证。Objective:To investigate the influence of PDCA cycle mode on the cleaning rate of laparoscopic disinfection supply.Methods:From April 2023 to March 2024,the hospital used 40 sets of endoscopic instruments,the number of devices and manufacturers are equal,all 13 pieces.It was randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 20 sets(260 pieces).The control group adopted the conventional device management method,and the observation group gave the PDCA cycle mode intervention.Observe the occurrence of adverse events(including assembly errors,device parts loss,device damage,irregular packaging)of two endoscopic devices in different management modes;Compare the endoscopic device cleaning quality;Satisfaction of surgeon and nurse.Results:The study results showed that the overall incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The failure rate of ATP detection and the visual observation and magniscope were also significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Furthermore,surgeons and nurses were significantly more satisfied with the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:PDCA cycle mode is an effective quality management tool that can be widely used to improve the standardization and quality assurance of medical device management.
