摘　　要：在医用粘贴产品中,剥离强度关乎到产品的贴附能力与稳定性。一个理想的医用粘贴产品应该拥有适宜的剥离强度——既要保证产品能够牢固地黏附于皮肤上,又要在取下时能相对轻松地分离,尽量减小对患者皮肤的损伤。,为了更好地服务企业生产出让人满意的医用粘贴产品,研究并指出各种因素对剥离强度大小的影响程度是非常必要的。剥离强度的检测方法在许多标准中都提到过,但在日常检测工作中接触最多的还是引用YY/T0148-2006标准中规定的方法。医用粘贴产品的剥离强度通常与其材质、生产工艺以及使用环境的湿度等因素密切相关。文章通过在相同温度不同湿度下对三种医用粘贴产品进行剥离强度的测试,得出结果并分析湿度对剥离强度的影响程度。In medical adhesive products,the peeling strength is related to the adhesive ability and stability of the product.An ideal medical adhesive should have an appropriate peel strength-it should adhere firmly to the skin and be relatively easy to separate when removed,minimize the damage to the patient’s skin.In order to better serve enterprises to produce satisfactory medical adhesive products,it is necessary to study and point out the influence of various factors on the peel strength.The detection method of peel strength has been mentioned in many standards,but the method specified in YY/T0148-2006 standard is the most contacted in daily testing work.The peel strength of medical paste products is usually closely related to factors such as material,production process and humidity of the use environment.This paper tests the peel strength of three kinds of medical paste products at the same temperature and different humidity,obtains the results and analyzes the influence of humidity on the peel strength.
